Effective Panic Attack Therapy
About 6 million Americans know the frightening effects of panic attacks. In many cases, they suffer from the condition for years. One of the main reasons for this is that the condition is not correctly diagnosed.

The scary physical symptoms we feel, are the result of bodies natural response to stress. As bad as they feel, they don’t present any real danger to us.
If we under stand this, we can let go of the fear of further attacks. This fear of an attack, in itself, makes another attack more likely.
It is common for a sufferer not to want to return to a place or situation where they have experienced an attack. This is when the condition can really start to have an impact on daily life.
